In addition, we have high-quality materials in a specific setting to ensure the accurate presentation of the article(s). Therefore, we only deal with exchanges by color or size within a week at the customer’s expense, with no returns accepted.

However, returns will only be accepted if you receive a broken or damaged item. To be eligible for a return, you must record an unboxing video while opening the parcel, as mentioned on each package before delivery. Please note that delivery charges will not be refunded.
